Quality Control

At Chinee Garment Co., Ltd, quality control is integrated into every stage of production for our apparel and wiring accessory products. We focus on product consistency, reliable workmanship, functional performance, and clear communication with international buyers. Our inspection activities are carried out according to customer requirements, product specifications, and industry-aligned practices.

1. Incoming Material Inspection

Materials and components are reviewed before they enter production. For garments, this may include fabric composition, color, weight, hand feel, shrinkage, and surface appearance. For nylon cable ties, stainless steel cable ties, and wiring accessories, incoming checks may cover material type, dimensions, finish, strength-related characteristics, and component condition.

• Verification of materials against approved specifications and purchase requirements.
• Visual inspection for stains, damage, contamination, deformation, or inconsistent color.
• Measurement of key dimensions and other characteristics relevant to the product.
• Identification and handling of nonconforming materials before production use.

2. In-Process Quality Control

Production is monitored through defined process checks and operator inspection. In apparel manufacturing, attention is given to cutting accuracy, sewing quality, seam construction, measurements, embroidery or printing where applicable, and the correct use of trims. For cable ties and wiring accessories, process control focuses on forming, molding, assembly, surface condition, dimensional consistency, and product functionality.

• First-piece or initial production checks before continued manufacturing.
• Regular monitoring of workmanship, dimensions, appearance, and process conditions.
• Verification that approved materials, colors, components, and specifications are being used.
• Prompt isolation and review of products that do not meet the required criteria.

3. Finished Product Inspection

Before packing, finished products are inspected against the applicable product specifications and customer requirements. Garments such as shirts, polo shirts, T-shirts, jackets, coats, trousers, activewear, sportswear, workwear, and suits are reviewed for appearance, construction, measurements, labeling, and overall presentation. Cable ties and wiring accessories are checked for dimensions, finish, assembly, usability, and other product-specific characteristics.

• Visual inspection for workmanship defects, marks, scratches, loose threads, or surface irregularities.
• Measurement checks for size, length, width, thickness, and other defined dimensions.
• Functional or usability checks where applicable to the product design.
• Confirmation of quantity, color, size range, model, and configuration against the order.

4. Packaging and Pre-Shipment Check

Packaging is reviewed to help protect products during handling, storage, and international transportation. Our team checks packing methods, carton condition, product arrangement, labels, markings, and shipping quantities before goods are released. Special packaging or documentation requirements are reviewed according to the buyer’s instructions and the applicable product specifications.

• Confirmation that products are packed in the approved quantities and configurations.
• Inspection of cartons, inner packaging, protective materials, labels, and shipping marks.
• Cross-checking of product descriptions, sizes, colors, models, and quantities.
• Final review of shipment condition before dispatch.

5. Feedback and Continuous Improvement

Quality feedback from customers, production teams, and inspection activities is recorded and reviewed to identify the cause of issues and determine appropriate corrective action. When a nonconformity is identified, the relevant materials, processes, or finished products are assessed, and follow-up actions are taken according to the situation. This approach supports continuous improvement in product consistency, process control, communication, and service.
