Quality Control
At Chinee Men Garment Co., Ltd., quality control is integrated into material sourcing, production, finishing, packaging, and shipment preparation. Our internal inspection procedures are adapted to the specifications of each order, covering men’s apparel as well as selected cable management products and wiring accessories. We focus on consistent materials, accurate dimensions, reliable workmanship, functional performance, and clear product identification.
1. Incoming Material Inspection
Materials and components are checked before they are released for production. Inspection criteria are based on approved samples, purchase requirements, technical documents, and product specifications.
- Apparel materials: Fabrics may be checked for color, hand feel, weight, width, visible defects, stretch, and construction, as applicable to the garment.
- Garment components: Zippers, buttons, snaps, elastic bands, drawcords, labels, sewing threads, and trims are reviewed for appearance, color matching, dimensions, and intended function.
- Cable management products: Materials and components used for nylon cable ties, stainless steel cable ties, and wiring accessories are checked for dimensions, surface condition, structure, and conformity with the agreed specification.
- Material identification: Incoming items are compared with order information to reduce the risk of mixing different colors, sizes, grades, or product variants.
2. In-Process Quality Control
Quality checks are conducted at appropriate production stages so that issues can be identified before final assembly or packing. Production teams follow approved samples and order-specific workmanship requirements, while inspection findings are communicated to the relevant operators for timely correction.
- For shirts, T-shirts, polo shirts, hoodies, knitwear, jackets, coats, suits, pants, jeans, activewear, sportswear, swimwear, underwear, and workwear, checks may cover cutting accuracy, seam construction, stitch quality, panel alignment, measurements, color consistency, and trim placement.
- For structured garments such as blazers, suits, coats, and jackets, attention is given to shape, lining, lapels, pockets, closures, pressing, and overall balance.
- For stretch, sports, and performance garments, relevant checks may include seam elasticity, fabric recovery, component security, and freedom of movement, subject to the product design.
- For cable ties and wiring accessories, in-process controls may include dimensional verification, locking or fastening checks, edge and surface inspection, and confirmation of the specified product configuration.
3. Finished Product Inspection
Finished products are inspected against approved references and order requirements. Inspection scope and sampling arrangements may be adjusted according to the product type, buyer requirements, and agreed quality criteria.
- Appearance and workmanship: Products are reviewed for stains, damage, loose threads, open seams, uneven stitching, deformation, sharp edges, surface defects, and other visible issues relevant to the item.
- Measurements and specifications: Key dimensions are checked against the approved size chart, technical sheet, or product drawing within applicable tolerances.
- Function: Closures, pockets, drawcords, elastic components, fasteners, locking mechanisms, and other functional details are checked where applicable.
- Color and assortment: Colors, sizes, styles, materials, and quantities are verified against the order information.
- Labels and markings: Brand labels, care labels, size labels, product markings, barcodes, and other required identification are reviewed for content, placement, and legibility based on customer instructions.
Additional testing or third-party inspection can be coordinated when required by the buyer, destination market, or product specification. Any testing method and acceptance criteria should be confirmed before production.
4. Packaging and Pre-Shipment Check
Before shipment, packed goods are reviewed to confirm that the products and packaging correspond with the approved order details. The objective is to protect the goods during handling and help buyers receive correctly identified cartons and assortments.
- Product folding, individual packing, bundle quantities, and size or color assortments are checked against packing instructions.
- Poly bags, inner boxes, cartons, protective materials, and other packaging components are reviewed for suitability and visible condition.
- Carton marks, product labels, barcodes, shipping marks, and documentation details are cross-checked with the confirmed requirements.
- Carton quantities and selected gross or net weight information may be verified as specified for the order.
- A final visual review is carried out before goods are released for shipment, subject to the agreed inspection plan.
5. Corrective Action and Continuous Improvement
When a quality concern is found, Chinee Men Garment Co., Ltd. records the issue, separates affected products where necessary, and communicates the finding to the responsible production or sourcing team. The cause is reviewed so that appropriate correction can be made before the order proceeds.
Customer feedback is also evaluated as part of our improvement process. Depending on the nature of the issue, follow-up actions may include revising inspection points, clarifying workmanship instructions, reviewing material selection, improving operator guidance, or strengthening packaging controls. This practical feedback loop helps maintain consistency across repeat orders and supports clearer quality expectations for future production.
